- Manual Handling Certificate
- A National Police clearance valid for less than 6 months

Disability Support Workers

NDIS WORKER SCREENING CHECK
COMPLETED NDIS WORKERS ORIENTATION CERTIFICATE
CERTIFICATE III in individual Support
A current first aid (first aid certificate from last three years)
A current (satisfactory) National police check (less than 6 months )
Evidence of right to work in Australia (Passport, birth certificate, citizenship or visa status)
